Terms of payment:

Late payment may incur additional charges. In the event of outstanding payments, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend our services until payment has been made.

Cancellation policy:

Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation, we reserve all rights to the services provided to date.

Change requests:

Significant changes to the originally agreed specifications may result in additional costs.

Project timelines:

The duration of a project can vary depending on the complexity and amount of work involved. Projects usually start after signing the agreement and receiving a deposit.

Responsibility for content:

Customers are responsible for providing all necessary content and images, unless otherwise agreed.

Design changes:

Changes to the design are possible during the development phase. Additional fees may apply after a certain number of revisions.

Copyright:

All work created by us is our intellectual property. Any further use without our express written consent is not permitted.

References:

We reserve the right to use the work created for customers as a reference.

Quality assurance:

If defects are found in our work, we undertake to rectify them free of charge.

Liability:

We accept no liability for technical problems, loss of data or other unforeseen events.

Data protection:

All data provided to us will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Security:

Customers are responsible for the secure storage of passwords and other access data.

Search engine optimization:

We offer search engine submission services, but cannot guarantee specific placement.

Data backup after project completion

Likeartdesign creates a one-time backup after the final delivery of the website. The responsibility for future backups lies with the customer. We recommend regular data backups, as Likeartdesign assumes no liability for data loss after delivery.

Browser compatibility:

Our websites are optimized for the most common browsers. Complete compatibility with all browsers cannot be guaranteed.

Print products:

Color deviations in printed products are possible. The final approval for printing lies with the customer.

Support:

Customers are entitled to support during the project phase and for a certain period thereafter.

Reservation of rights:

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

Place of jurisdiction:

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is Zurich, Switzerland.
